Brewed a test batch of the Double IPA last night. Comes out to be a 1/2 ounce of hops per pint. Mmmmm.

A Beligian Trippel and 250 IBU Double IPA on the docket for brewing this week.

The hopped brown ale is ready to be consumed and bourbon chocolate stout is ready to keg condition until November. Oktoberfest is next.

Dry hopped brown is keg conditioning and should be ready soon… basil infused blonde ale and oktoberfest on the docket for next week.

Brewing a new recipe for a Rye IPA tomorrow. Should be delicious.

Update: Nut brown was just transfer into a keg. DIPA and Green Tea Pale Ale are still on tap and the Choc. Oatmeal Cookie Stout is aging.

COC Stout is a full bodied stout with additions of molasses, coca beans, cinnamon sticks, makers mark, raisins and vanilla.

Brewing this week: Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie Stout.

Pumpkin Ale has officially run out, but we still have the green tea pale and double IPA on tap.
